Process:
Sediment Filtration: The initial stage involves the removal of larger particles such as dirt and sediment, ensuring the water undergoes the first level of filtration.
Activated Carbon Filtration: The water then passes through an activated carbon filter, effectively reducing chlorine, organic compounds, and improving the overall taste and odor of the water.
UDF Filtration: This stage involves Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF) filtration, targeting heavy metals like lead and copper, as well as inhibiting the growth of bacteria and algae.
Post Carbon Filtration: Further refinement is achieved through post-carbon filtration, enhancing the taste and removing any remaining odors from the water.
Inline Filtration: The final stage involves an inline filtration process, ensuring the removal of any remaining impurities and providing clean and purified water for consumption.
Alkaline Filtration: Alkaline water has a higher pH level than
regular drinking water. Some advocates of alkaline water believe it can neutralize the acid in your body, though this isn’t supported by any research. Regular drinking water generally has a neutral pH of 7. Alkaline water typically has a pH of 8 or 9. However, pH alone isn’t enough to impart substantial alkalinity to water.
Mineral Filtration: By definition, mineral water is sourced from springs known for their various minerals, such as salts and sulfur compounds. Mineral water may be still (no bubbles) or sparkling (aka carbonated or effervescent). By definition and FDA regulations, mineral water must contain no less than 250 parts per million of "total dissolved solids" that come from a protected underground water source. Mineral water comes from deep within the earth.
